Subject: Is it harder to rank up in Oblivion.

> Go to plane of oblivion

> Save at the top of the tower

> Keep reloading save until you get chameleon sigil stone

> Dupe

> Study at arcane university

> enchant everything with your chameleon sigil stones

> invisible the entire game

God, that was fun.

"So- So this means Im just going to be miserable for the rest of time?!"

"No. This means that you have to live life to the fullest. You have one life, live it well. Make sure you die without regrets. Get a new life, new mate, new family. You, out of all people, don't deserve a terrible fate of misery like that. Having nothing to look forward to is good. It makes sure you want to keep on going. Living is a right, not a privilege."

Its more difficult to level up in Oblivion, even harder to fool the system without spending hours casting the same spell over again and drinking magicka potions.

So when you say you're level 50, you got there legitimately, and you are an experienced player/badass.

you mean like when I jump and my acrobatics level up? I have to grind that skill?

Forgot about that one. The acrobatics skill, even Bethesda admitted, was a mistake. I never abused that skill, but its definitely one of the skills that level up quickly. I think I got it up so high because I enjoyed jumping around the Imperial City, doing what could barely pass as parkour. I didn't do it to level up, just to have fun.(I jumped from sidewalk to sidewalk, when I'm on a bridge I'm jump from side to side, in a city, I'd try to get to the roofs and be like Ezio). I don't recommend abusing it, otherwise you just jump so high and run faster that its not even fun anymore. Just raise your skill any way you can besides acrobatics.

Oh, FYI, hitting the dummies and targets with your sword and bow really does improve your skill.

Allons-y!

You need to sleep in a bed for +2 hours per-level.

If I ever see anyone post in a thread "That's your opinion", I immediately lose all respect for them.

Also, if you're discussing a topic with me and you resort to name calling, pull "life checks", or just call anything you don't agree with retarded without giving legitimate reasons, don't expect me to take you serious in anyway what so ever.

I think you'll find that levels mean more in Oblivion than Skyrim. Like others have said, you level up slower, but you also become very OP at a lower level as well. Were in Skyrim I didn't truly feel OP until mid 40s, in Oblivion at level 24 I felt like a unstoppable force.

This.

Oblivion is a very different game from Skyrim. You gotta play differently.

Yeah, you're playing Oblivion like Skyrim
Probably this

Oblivion is more a mix of a traditional RPG and an action-adventure game, rather than Skyrim which is an action adventure game with minimal RPG features

But thing about Oblivion is, that it's pointless to level up. In Skyrim, it's actually kind of useful. And Morrowind it's incredibly useful to level up. You have to rest in a bed to level up, OP.

It is very dark, and you are likely to be eaten by a Grue.
