Space magic.

Science: 0
Space: 1
Its the only conclusion

We are made of star stuff. So we are from space.
Also the basic building blocks of life could have fome from space, brought here by comets hitting the young earth billions years ago. We may be from space, but its not magic.
Ok so if we came from comets. Where did the comets come from? There is one thing nobody can comprehend and that is how the universe exists and existence in general

We know how... just do some research.

OT: Great job OP!!!

Don't punch a British kid, the queen'll come after you.

Because we're all descended from a basic vertebrate species which had its brain in its skull?

Really? I don't see how we can actually know how existence began

No, it's space magic. Space can't create stuff, only space magic can.

I don't believe we came from stars. But that's a different topic and it may get the thread to be shut down.

This is one of the problems with evolution. It just seems like such a huge stretch, like typing 1s and 0s into a computer until Windows comes out.

If you type out 0's and 1's for billions of years you are bound the get something.
I assume you're talking about the multiverse theory? Out of curiosity, is there any evidence for it, or is just a hypothesis?

That one is beyond me. Our best knowledge lends itself to the idea that there was a large concentration of mass, and it exploded outward, creating an expanding universe.

Its beyond everyone. No one can say for sure how this all came to be

Which is fine. It's much more likely it was a natural occurrence instead of divine intervention, though.

There are theories such as string theory which give suggestions as to how the universe started. I personally don't believe it, but I may just be too stupid to understand it. But I don't think it's "beyond" us. At least, not forever.

Indeed. We're constantly working toward a higher understanding of our universe and the things in it.

Well it happened in the past. But for something to create the universe then that would mean there is something that had already existed before the universe. Its all very complex

In land creatures it's mainly the case, but I think that see creatures differ greatly.

Anyway, I think it's because with it being near our eyes, we are more inclined to protect it.

Not just our eyes, but 4 of our 5 major senses are in our head; sight, hearing, smell, and taste. It's important to protect all of those.

Indeed it is; If something did create the universe; Be it a multiverse or...Other things that shall not be mentioned for risk of a ban, then that still leaves the question of what created that, and what created the thing that created that, and so on...You end up with an infinite regression of causes, which is impossible. So the only logical conclusion is that something in the chain violates the law of cause and effect, and either created itself, or always existed.

My head hurts, I think I'll sleep now.

Oh yeah, since somebody does not believe what YOU believe; that makes us vapid...
I cannot grasp that what you call "Something happened to nothing, and that nothing became something, and it was smaller than than a period."

I don't know, so it has our thick skulls for protection?

I still think it is way too convenient that they are all located next to our brain
