Past: just about anything

Present: the classic stuff, the non-violent ones, Alien. The ones with actual suspense.

Studies show that men think about sex every 7 seconds. I do my best to eat hotdogs in under 6, just so things don't get weird.

Please allow me to introduce Myself
I'm a man of wealth and taste
I've been around for a long, long year
Stole many a man's soul and faith

Movies like Showgirls, Glitter or Gigli. Maid in Manhattan is particularly terrifying.

Don't LOL if you aren't L'inOL.

Halo: Reach
Halo 3
Halo ODST

Realistic ones and just plain weird ones

Silent Hill.

The movie was lol-worthy. The games are creepy though not all that scary.

I do not want to stop asking. I do not ask to stop wanting.

Horror doesn't scare me. No this is not an internet tough guy, I'm being legitimate. The last time I was scared of a horror movie was my first time watching Jaws when I was 6.

Which is why whenever I say The Thing (1982). It didn't scare me, but it kept me on the edge of my seat for the entire movie. Most suspenseful movie of all time.

Movie's with cheap jump scares generally scare me most at the time, but I'll forget about it the moment I leave the theater. Movies like Paranormal Activity are the ones that keep me up that night.

One that use subtlety to terrify, not copious amounts of blood or violence.

I still think the scariest movie I've seen is John Carpenter's The Thing.

There is NOTHING more terrifying than the possibility of someone just falling apart and reorganizing into dozens of little monsters that can over take you with one touch.

To this day, I still can't watch the Dog scene and I'm still afraid of Huskies.

Ones that aren't far-fetched and could happen to you in real life.

I'm not the only one!

What doesn't kill you, only makes you stranger

Psychological horror. Stuff that isn't really all that scary to watch, but when you think about it later it freaks you out.

  • 01.02.2013 3:54 PM PDT

Vae Victis!

Cheap jump scares are usually what get me.

I prefer more supernatural horror movies (the Exorcist, Silent Hill) and body horror movies (The Thing, Alien, etc) though.

I kind of like horror movies with buckets of blood and gore as well.

A cornered fox is more dangerous than a jackal.

And from FOX, two phantoms were born.

Jump scares and tension

All of them.

If we disagree, it's nothing personal, opinions are opinions.
Antagonizing me to build a false sense of worth is so damn cute.

Brighten your day with science.

All of them.
