For me, the Lord of the Rings

How about you guys? I'm looking for a good book to read since I have some time on my hands.

Metro 2033/2034. Haven't read Metro: The Journey to the Surface or what's it called since it's from another author.

This is now my main account. My former account was xKingGhidorahx. I've been on this site since 2009.

I can't decide between Halo, Star Wars, Gears of War, and Splinter Cell... (EDIT: Actually, I'd go with Halo)

I love reading history books too.

Ender's Game series.

Along with "The culture"

I have been nerding so hard over it the last few months. 5 out of like 8 books bought and owned.

First, it was Ender's Game. Then it was Dune.

But... now I have read Wheel of Time. The greatest fantasy series ever written bar none. And I cannot WAIT for Monday when the series will end after 23 years. I am... words cannot express my excitement.

Call of the Wild

I read that as something to do during a detention.

I would give it a 6/10

My favorite series would have to be The Wheel of Time.

It has such a large immersive universe that it is a little hard to stop yourself getting drawn in.

Very.

Actually I may read it again.
Did you know he's doing a prequel series?

By the power of truth, I, while living, have conquered the universe.

You cannot ask me this...

LOTR, The Hobbit, Hyperion, Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep?, 1984, The Phoenix Series, Homer's Odyssey, Flowers For Algernon, Dorian Gray, Dante's Divine Comedy, Sherlock Holmes, Wheel of Time, Crime and Punishment, Of Mice and Men, Halo: Cryptum, Harry Potter, Percy Jackson, A Series of Unfortunate Events...

The list goes on, I couldn't possibly choose.

Lord of The Rings. I'm reading the Silmarillion now. Good stuff, although it's not the easiest to read.

Some of my favorite books are: The Scarlett Letter, Frankenstein, Herodotus's Histories, Anthem by Ayn Rand, A Hero of Our Time, Candide, The Picture of Dorian Gray, The Great Gatsby.

Following the Silmaarillion, the next books I will read are: The Essential Tales and Poems of Edgar Allen Poe, Essays and Poems by Ralph Waldo Emerson, Walden and Civil Disobedience.

Following that, I want to further explore American literature.
