Why Bungie, why would you do this?! - Halo Community

I would use the gift card to buy violent video games.

$1 copies of an M rated game -> $25 gift cards(use family/friends to repeat) -> cheap very profitable way to take advantage of the stupidity!
Exactly!

Wish I was there. Not because I support their moves but to get easy $$$.

  • 01.03.2013 12:28 AM PDT

The only one to blame is the shooter.

Seriously it's not the video game. It's the way you act after seeing it. You choose to do that stuff. If I play a video game I have some common sense to know that I shouldn't do that stuff. It's not real but you know mentally disabled murderers don't understand this blam!

No, acnboy. Spartain Ken 15 is a lesser being. Much like the bacteria that lives in your shit.

My shit bacteria takes offense to that comparison.

Don't make me lel. You won't like me when I lel.

Ha, you've just gotta believe the NRA is looking for a scapegoat.

Okay so incinerating video games is fine since it somehow provokes violence, when the easiest solution they could do is ban firearms to stop shootings from happening...

  • 01.03.2013 1:03 AM PDT

Just ban firearms.

Why can't they comprehend this solution?

  • 01.03.2013 1:06 AM PDT

As long as they're not using government money or something, I don't really see the problem with this...heck, if it were happening near me, I would probably bring some old games I don't play anymore.

Because video games and not easy access to guns were to blame........

Only in America.....

This world wants to drag you down... And the weight, that guilt they want to hang around your neck, you don’t have to carry it one more step. You think they won’t let you rest, but it’s not up to them. It never was.

Given how much the media sensationalizes the killers, I'm surprised they don't just blame the killer. It would be an excuse to talk about him more (not that I agree with it).

Dating Age

For those looking to vent, get proper advice, or give it to those in need.

I remain having a hard time buying this argument. I like to compare Canada to the USA because you're not going to find a country as similiar. Canadians listen to the same music, play the same games (heck they even share the exact same ESRB warning labels), and pack into theatres to see the same movies.

Canadians have not dealt with these kind of mass shootings the Americans have.

Put gun regulation aside for a moment. Perhaps the biggest thing to solve these issues is to give Americans public health care. Which in fact would be a solution to many problems outside of even this.

Seems a bit violent for a group protesting violence.

That's actually what ran through my mind. They're starting a cult over this.

Rain, and Jazz.
Halo: Tactical

I'm either a fool or an inteligent man, depending on how sleepy or angry I am.

I originaly made an account on 07.27.2007 but I wanted to link my GT and made this account. Don't forget your passwords!

I immediately thought of "book burnings", but it doesn't quite fit. Due to the way that media can be so easily found now, I don't think anything will be "lost" but rather their copies of a physical version will be destroyed. I have to admit that I understand where they are coming from somewhat but this is taking it too far in the wrong direction.

Too bad I can't burn any of my Steam games (lol).

I did breathe a sigh of relief at that, yet the name clearly singles out "Violent Video Games." In fact, none of those things deserve to get burnt. It honestly baffles me how people came to believe violence stems from such things. Like, someone tell me. Please?

It was a joke, chill out. I've seen so many stereotypes from Americans saying Canadians are polite.

They are not rebel's.

How did a country that had the same origins end up so messed up compared to its mother nation and its brothers??

The 2nd Amendment is the only major difference, so you figure it out.
