Honestly, the only motives you could have behind being so incredibly opposed to my post is being a fugly fggt that no girl wants to date. Otherwise, you would definitely agree with me.
Aaand, we're done.

I actually agree with the OP, I never dated in high school and now it's kicking me in the butt in college. I lack confidence and skills I could have picked up in high school.

You have the power to do it now. Don't think that just because other people did it in high school that it's too late for you now. If you want something, go get it.

-blam!- that

Most people in high school aren't mature enough for a fully committed relationship.

It's not even trolling. It doesn't take a an anthropologist to realize that the Flood consists of the typical "nerd", vacant of any sort of decent social life. Not that it's bad, but that it's actually counterproductive and anti-beneficial to your character, comfort, content, and motivation.

Lol this post is hilarious. I never even kissed a guy until after I graduated... meanwhile, my friends were losing their virginities, getting cheated on, getting hurt, etc. and I was getting straight A's. So glad I DIDN'T date in high school.

If we disagree, it's nothing personal, opinions are opinions.
Antagonizing me to build a false sense of worth is so damn cute.

And are you still getting A's?

I'd rather be an antisocial rocket engineer than a social dropout.

Thats the thing, OP is saying that there IS a mix in between. You can have the best of both worlds if you know how to..

I never really dated in high school. I got motivation from social gatherings with my bros, and I've made it though high school just fine.

"Team shoot the wraith!"
"What's a team shoot and what's a wraith?!"
"It means we all shoot at the big blue thing together!"
"Okay!"
*starts betraying blue teammate*

Yes :) But I have the time and maturity for dating now that I'm 23 and only going to school part time.

I completely agree with this. Now in college, I finally realized the importance of grades + social. I most likely will never be in a relationship because I haven't in high school and is far too inexperienced and still can not develop "feelings" to a girl.

I feel like there are more reasons than that.. Where is your self esteem man?

Why don't you go to school full-time? It would be far more efficient, and you'd most likely get more financial aid.

I've got a fan!

Dating for practice is just practicing to divorce. I didn't date seriously until senior year and the girl I started dating has been my girlfriend for over 3 and a half years.

Flood, there are so many more important things in high school than frivolous relationships.

IMO it's a gamble because if she loves you and you love her your motivation goes through the roof but if a problem happens you go into despair and you don't want to do anything. This is one of the main reasons most retailers don't want to hire high school students cause if they are in a relationship they are a possible liability to the company.

Sometimes I can't get the classes I need, and if I take a bunch of classes my work won't be very happy with me. I need to keep a somewhat open schedule. And I want to have a life lol. I get burned out taking more than 10-12 units at a time.

Exactly.
I loved my childhood, school life, and now my current life.
So much shenanigans were had in my High School years and I still maintained good grades. People here rather make excuses than to own up to how socially awkward or ugly they really are.

You couldn't be more wrong. High School should be where you focus on getting to college, once you get to college that's where you start setting yourself up for relationships, careers and everything else. High School is where people should ride out they're hormones, focus on grades and deal with the changes they undergo.

"When Embarking the journey of revenge you should dig 2 graves" -Confucious. Also I like firefight not for the credits but for fun. Also like Campaign but I don't play it that much. Favorite Weapon: Battle Rifle and Light Rifle.

Dating is not a requirement in life. More of a luxury.
