It's campaign is dying.
Mythic: done within a month of release, lack of theater and scoring kills incentive, emblem not unlocking
Legendary: most encounters play out the same, they're just more harder. Very few difficulty changes. QTEs play out the same
Tricking: afaik, 90% of most levels have been thoroughly explored and glitched to death. Major disappointment when done Solo
Speedrunning: Much of the levels are artificially extended by the QTEs, cinematics, and scripting
Achievements: either frustrating or easy
Challenges: pretty damn easy
Exploration: lol
Easter Eggs: lol
Lack of skull hunting
Lack of in-game terminals
Lack of scoring
Lack of theater
Lack of screenshots
Lack of Co-op scaling
And my personal gripes,
Lack of AI exoduses (when a bunch of enemies are scripted to go to one spot if skipped or spared. CE had 5 levels, Halo 2 had 1 level, Halo 3 had 3 levels, Reach had 1 level)
Lack of AI timed firefights (when a bunch of enemies spawn even if you didn't kill the previous ones. CE had T&R, Halo 2 had Cairo Station)
Lack of AI collections (they deload too quickly)
Where's the incentive?
