So you would rather grow in maturity at the expense of your purity, innocence, and heart? I dont understand.[/quote]
Um I don't quite know what you're trying to get at. My reply in a nutshell is that different people mature differently. I am plenty kind and passionate. I have a lot of love to give to others and I love to help people. I grew up pretty much alone so right now is the best time of my life so far. I have great friends and an amazing partner.

I would say I have all of what you said besides "innocence" in the term of virginity.

I mean before you dated your current partner, you lost your purity, innocence and heart(heartbreak). Why would you do that to yourself? Why not wait until you are older and smarter and wiser to date? less heartbreak that way

anyways, it's good to have people around you that love you. that definitely helps in your maturity

I lost my virginity to my current partner. And like I said, it helps to learn from your mistakes and to just grow as a person.

why not learn from the people older than you, so you dont have to learn from your own mistakes, you hurt fewer people that way.

I have learned from people older than me, all my life. But I would rather think things through and choose for myself and grow and learn than blindly follow what others tell me. Learning from your mistakes is life, by the way. This all isn't just about relationships.

Not sure really. I don't do much dating myself at all just because I'm not a fan. There are some people who aren't into the love making and not into life partner choosing that like relationships just for the sake of having a relationship

those people, we should glass their planet.

which is why you should wait until college. You really dont get it do you?
College dating goes a little easier when you have the dating experience from high school.

which is why everything I said would make sense if you were older than 18-25.
I am older than that, which is exactly why everything you are saying makes NO sense.

what's your story then?

do you want to be able to say, "yeah, I dated a whole bunch of girls in highschool, they're boobs weren't that great anyway."? I dont want to be able to say that in college.

Ok, explain why waiting doesnt make sense.

Old school Bungie, born and raised,
In the Septagon is where I spend most of my days.
Relaxin', maxin', posting all cool,
Talking about Halo, life and some school.
Got in one little argument, and the mods got scared,
they said "You're gonna get banned and your member title'll be bare!"

because they have personal experience and (should) have a close relationship with you.

So we should learn everything from people who have learned from their own experiences? What about our own "personal experience."

must you experience everything for yourself? you are like a toddler! you must touch everything! Your parents have to tell you no so you dont hurt yourself. That principle applies for your whole life.

Rock bottom is no place to set up camp. Especially in the dark.

OP hasn't had a healthy relationship.

I've been with my girlfriend for seven months now, which is a long time for people of our age group. Both of us are very content with each other, and I can't think of being with anybody else. Young people can date, and have healthy relationships.

Most of the supposedly adult relationships I have seen are those of one night stands, sex after only like one week, and off and on breakups. Adults are just as bad as kids at times.

true, it goes both ways. You can choose to be wise though and not screw around with multiple women and you can choose to find fulfillment in life.

What? Is there a gas leak in your house?

How many girls I dated in high school and college are irrelevant to this conversation which is why I didn't bring it or my age up until you tried sound clever by trying to snort derisively at my age.

And you still don't understand the concept of dating =/= sex.
