Despite being a huge W40K fanboy I never bought Space Marine, until yesterday. Why I didn't buy it earlier I don't know.

Uncharted. And it's not even close. Most of the games mentioned on here except the Bioshock games and Uncharted, to me, is miles above all of them.
I'm not going to argue because I haven't played them, but from what I've heard they're more "interactive movies" then they are games. by which I mean, they are very linear and only worth a few play throughs. although that may not be a bad thing if the story is as good as i've heard.

Well, most games to me, are only worth one playthrough. I couldn't imagine playing any of the Mass Effects all the way through again. But yes, the Uncharted games are amazing and the story along with the voice acting and writing is superb. Love those games

BioShock, hands down.
That or Red Dead Redemption.

I would say Red Dead, (considering it is one of my favorite games of all time) but it is technically a spiritual successor to Red Dead Revolver, so I can't count it as a new IP.

By that logic, you can't count BioShock either.

So many SSX coups. This makes me happy.

OT: Bioshock (even if it is a System Shock clone)

Fair enough. In that case, I'll take RDR and Mass Effect and ride off into the sunset.

Gotta represent. I can't wait for the inevitable next-gen SSX game. They sold over 1 million copies of SSX 2012, no way they don't make a new one.

What are these first person words you speak of?

Dark Souls/ the souls games, probably.
