Subject: How Do You Relieve Stress?

Just interested in seeing any other methods. I used to run but I stopped, might start back up but looking for other ways. I've been pooped lately :3

Your own personal ways to relieve stress?

"There's a very fine line between not listening, and not caring. I'd like to think that I walk that line every day."

Yeah, going for a walk or run at night is lovely.

I don't find myself stressed out much; just over coursework that I've procrastinated on . . . so I find the only relief for that is to get 'er done.

Name's John. I'm a 21-year-old firefighter/EMT from lolhio who doubles as a die-hard Halo fan. I've been enjoying the franchise since 2001. My favorite iteration of Halo would have to be Halo 2 simply because I never got to experience the joy of a full-on Halo: CE LAN.

If you have any other questions, feel free to ask.

Oh yeah, and boot Zome.

Run
Basketball (I'll go to the gym and take about 2000 shots)
But mostly I just kinda stair. Find a viewpoint and look out at my city I love so much and remind myself where I'm from and who I am. Very few things matter when you stay true to who you are.

Yeah I procrastinate alot, even when it comes to running and getting out sometimes. I've just got lots of nonsense going on :o

I know everything, I've just forgotten most of it.

Also, my XBL Gamertag is 'Wenggh', not 'A Stolen Fruit'.

Music, dancing, singing, playing Xbox with friends, talking to friends, more dancing, and realising getting all stressed isn't going to help anything! :P

It's surprisingly easy. I set an alarm for 3 hours before I think I'm going to wake naturally and it works 80% of the time.

So basically the sound of the alarm wakes you up, but you're still asleep?

It interrupts the initial sleep cycle and moves the REM sleep period into the 3 hour time frame, making it more likely.
