So basically the sound of the alarm wakes you up, but you're still asleep?
It interrupts the initial sleep cycle and moves the REM sleep period into the 3 hour time frame, making it more likely.

The world is full of mysteries, and shares too few of the answers required. An example of which, is how did I end up in the Brute Zone?

I try not to get worked up over things.

However, in my spare time I enjoy recreational activities such as playing games, or talking to friends for support.

Hey I am a big Bungie fan ever since I played Halo 2. I love the series, I love Bungie. I have made a few Bungie logos in my metal shop.

T.V, video games, computer.

U Mirin?

Why don't you do any work on your chest or legs or something? You look like a cartoon character.

I don't really have much stress but when I do, the gym is a good outlet.

Speaking of chuckles, let's all lol at IonicPaul, who makes friends with bugs to make up for his lack of human contact.

Girlfriend, games, music.

If I'm really stressed, I trigger nostalgic memories with music/old-games/tapes from the 90's. Or go anywhere that's warm with white noise (under my desk with my heater, in the shower).

I'm 23, I have a house, dog, girlfriend, job and I have no interest in any fanboyism so if you're thinking about sending me a childish PM, don't be surprised when I don't call back.

I don't do anything in particular to remove stress. I don't have a lot of stress and when I do it's because of an exam or anything similar. That stress goes away when the exam is finished so I don't have to do anything to relieve stress.

lucid dreams.

If only I were capable of that. I only did it once and it was unintentional.
It's surprisingly easy. I set an alarm for 3 hours before I think I'm going to wake naturally and it works 80% of the time.

So basically the sound of the alarm wakes you up, but you're still asleep?
