I don't usually share this kind of stuff but last night really spooked me so I'll make an exception.
My dreams are usually projected as movies that I have the pleasure of watching as I sleep, and I can even pause and resume them (albeit it's hazy and fuzzy) if I happen to awaken before they 'finish'. They 'play' without my interference even if I do become slightly conscious.
However, last night I had one that was very different. In my dream there was a huge endless expanse with a bright white sky and an equally bright floor. There weren't any clouds of anything associated with the "Heaven" stereotype, but scattered among this room were people - mostly of the female persuasion - as well as tangible manifestations of my desires.
As I wandered among this expanse, I came upon a group of people who I did not recognize. One of the women noticed me and approached me, and before I could react she gently embraced me. She tip-toed to me and then softly whispered something into my ear. I felt a surge of warmth rush throughout me as if I had entered a hot shower, and then I felt her hand brush against my thigh. I could feel the flush of my cheeks as her hand climbed my body, and with each slow upward stroke a nest of butterflies grew disturbed within me.
Her hand had then reached my bosom and she loosely glided her fingertips across my chest. An exhale of moist warm air softly escaped her lips and came to rest on my neck, causing the butterflies to squirm even further. I had never felt so uncomfortably aroused, and part of me wanted to move away or tell her to stop. But my body had abandoned my mind and I was now at the mercy of this mysterious woman's sensual touch.
Suddenly I felt her pressing harder and harder and then the stinging of nails dig into my chest. I could feel a tightness in my physical body in the real world, but most of me felt as if I was actually there with the woman. Every part of my body and mind knew I was being touched by that woman as if my brain had created an alternate reality. All of my senses were being stimulated and the only thing telling me that I wasn't physically there was the irrationality and impossibility of an endless white expanse. Maintaining that thought in my subconscious is what allowed me to wake up afterwards.
I went on to dream about a few other things afterwards, but when I woke up I felt very surreal. It was as if I had been visited by somebody while I slept, and the surreal and disturbed feeling didn't leave. I could still feel the pain on my chest as if I had been scratched.
What is the meaning behind the woman's visit in my dream? Or did my cat just sleep on my pillow again?
