The Who. Was great except for the people in front of me smoking pot. Disgusted me

You can't just go to a Who concert and not expect people to smoke. I guess it's to be expected.

Roger Waters at the Plaines d'Abraham up in Quebec, Canada.

Drove 10 hours to see that.
Totally worth it.
If it was 'The Wall' then I know what you mean.

Every other concert pales in comparison, and I've seen a LOT.

Yessir it was.

I had just seen them a week or so earlier in Yankke Stadium, and I made a last minute decision to drive up there for the finale.

It was a record breaking show. Featured the largest Wall ever constructed at over 800 feet long, and was the second time it was performed outside. The first being in 1990 at the Berlin Wall.

The end of the intro as it segues into In the Flesh?. Goosebumps, every damn time.

During the seond half, during In the Flesh, they shot light beams/lasers into the sky. Here for you. It was visible from across the city. Here you are.

It was pure auditory ecstasy and bliss.

The Who aren't really THAT associated with drugs. At least not to the extent of say the Grateful Dead. Plus it was an indoor stadium. I mean c'mon. But yeah it happens all the time and it sucks for the people who are sensitive to it.

Yeah, I could see how that could be a problem.

Say whaaaat?
I'd say the Who is well associated with drugs.

It's like there was a drug binging contest between Keith Richards and Ozzy as the years went on.

But yea not to the extent of the Grateful Dead.

You unlock this door with the key of inebriation. Beyond it is another dimension: a dimension of gingers, a dimension of drunks, a dimension of Lucky Charms. You're moving into a land of both beer and potatoes, of marshmallows and leprechauns. You've just crossed over into... the Shamrock Zone.

Went to an Aerosmith concert over the summer that Cheap Trick opened for. Best frickin' night of my life!

It was a Grateful Dead show.

I don't think you're mom was really thinking anything except why no one else could see the unicorns and leprechauns.

Oh man that's pretty sick.

I'm surprised they're not dead yet from all of the crap they did back in the 70s.

Keith MOON of The Who on the other hand did have a drug problem, but The Who's music was never really "Oh you have to get high before you listen to this bro."

Yea now I'm not sure what I was thinking, if anything, when I posted that. You're correct.

Say Anything concert. 8.5/10.

The Who playing Quadrophrenia. It was great! Pete and Roger are suprisingly spry for their age!

I am the Carpet man they talk about... I jump from star to star, I walk it out.

Young the Giant and Nas at my school. It was good, although I'm not a huge fan of either.

Trans-Siberian Orchestra a while ago. (If my own don't count) It was a blast. Always love christmas music combined with something a little... heavier.
