Regardless of what you think you know, you cant buy an sti for 30k. So whatever "point" you were trying to make is mute. Choose another car and move on.

Yes, you absolutely can, kid. You may want to go do some research before you get uppity.

good thread from a few years back on the subject

and I know for a fact certain dealerships still have deals like this

take a seat, kiddo

Wouldn't it still be over 30,000?

(Not arguing, just wondering)

yes a new 2013 STI costs 34k but no one likes the new ones. The old STI's cost about 20/25k. Also keep in mind that its the newer STI's that started getting expensive, a brand new 2008 STi in 2008 didn't cost more than 30k.

But still 34k for a new car, the dealer can still knock off quite a bit so that you end paying under 30K

The base model starts at a little over 34k

If your credit is good enough to get 7k off... well you do the math

less than 30k is my point

It is very dark, and you are likely to be eaten by a Grue.

You can't be serious. "nobody likes the new ones"

Go say that to a dealer and see what "deal" they give you. 7k off a new STI. Right, too bad a close out deal from a specific dealership on outgoing last year models from 5 years ago isn't really relevant here...

I'm sure you could use those amazing skills on the BRZ as well right? Despite the 25 person waiting list in this city alone? Hell when I bought my STI it was the only one within 2 states that had what I wanted on it. Waited 3 months for it to get there. My WRX had to be brought in from hours away as well as there were none in my city that had what I needed.

But no.. I'm sure you could get an STI for 25k and a WRX for 17k, no prob. Go for it.

Did the math. All of your posts = youre a -blam!- idiot for thinking you can get a brand new sti for under 30k.

No one likes the new ones? Way to make false "facts" to help support your "point". Now get the -blam!- out.

I would buy a 2002 Dodge intrepid for about 2k and save the rest of the money.
