Opinions are like butholes. Everyone's got one, nobody wants to hear about it.

I liked all the Campaigns of each of the CoDs that I have played so I won't go into detail on that.
Now if we're talking about multiplayer, MW3 is the worst. Infinity Ward pretty much didn't learn from their mistakes in MW2. Deathstreaks returned and Commando was practically built in. Granted, explosives weren't as much of a nuisance as they were in MW2, but they added ridiculous launchers such as the XM25 which was pretty annoying to get killed by. Assassin was promised to not be the dominant perk in MW3 like in Black Ops. Of course, that wasn't the case. The weapon balance was iffy too. At launch, the Type 95, ACR, MP7, and PP90M1 were the OP guns of the bunch. However after a gun buff, the M16A4 became just like the Type 95. Their logic behind that was completely stupid. Finally, SitRep Pro became completely OP once they made it to where it negated Dead Silence. There are several more problems, but I cannot remember them. Either way, MW3 is by the far the worst CoD and has helped me make my decision that I will never buy another Infinity Ward CoD.
I was watching a video about knifing, and they greatly reduced the knifing range in MW3. Using a knife only class in both games, it was much harder to get kills in MW3. Also, Assassin wasn't really dominant, as there were several other good tier 2 perks, like quickdraw and hardline.
Personally, I thought MW2 was pretty bad. Noobtube, nukes, and other OP killstreaks just promoted camping.
The lunge isn't as far as MW2, but it's still long.
Hardline was indeed a good perk, but Assassin is factually the better perk. Hardline only has about 3 abilities while Assassin has 7-9 (which is the most out of any perk).
