Hey, I play video games maybe like 4 hours a day or so. More on the weekends, but for the past 3 days I've had this dizzy-feeling whenever I move my head or look down. Almost like my head had to catch up. It started when I woke up 3 days ago. Any ideas?

Ignore my gamertag. It's actually Dragonzzilla.

Only if I play longer than 2 hours straight. I get woozy and try to read a book to get my head screwed back on.

Yes, not just video games but computer monitors and TVs can do it too.

I like Cheese

Only if the FOV is around 65 Degrees.

I would think they can.

Not sure what to say about how you feel.

Use your head. The one on your shoulders. No really, just try. Please?

Half Life on console did this to me. Combination of much faster than other games with the same FOV made me want to hurl.

Unsuccessfully trying to bring science and reason to The Flood...

It has never happened to me.

Everyone is different I suppose.

Have you been eating normally and getting enough activity / exercise? I don't mean o imply that you're a slob, it happens to the best of us.

It could also be your eyes and if so, there's a good fix for that. Every 15 minutes or so, look away from the screen and focus on an object across the room for 5 seconds. This resets your brain away from only registering things that are at the same distance that the screen is from your face.

Drink more water. Hope this helps.

Marathon: Durandal has- the 360 version. I got so nauseous after playing it for 30 or so minutes, that I was bed-ridden for the rest of the night.
