He's certainly different from his father. He's much like Kim Il Sung in both looks, and the way he treats his people. Under Kim Il Sung, they had the support of both China, and the Soviet Union. The latter no longer exists, but they still retain North Korean labor camps and remain allies. China has also increased trade with North Korea by 63 percent!
North Korea is starting to open to other nations as well as Cambodia, Laos, Vietnam, and the Philippines. Not to mention helping Syria. They are a nation that should be reckoned with considering the fact they are nuclear capable and have a 9 million man army ready to turn South Korea into ruble with the artillery already in range of Seoul.
He definitely caring more for his people. North Korean citizens may now have cell phones, woman can wear pants, western foods are making an appearance such as hotdogs, pizza, and burgers as well! He's giving them for freedom, and from the look of Pyongyang, he's definitely stepped it up and is building several beautiful buildings. I had no idea Pyongyang lit up like that!
Sounds suspiciously like prewar Hitler. Something tells me that if he messes with South Korea, -blam!- is gunna go down.
