You are a fan he decided to let you sit with him in his box. As the play is going on, the door behind you opens, and it is none other than John Wilkes Booth pointing his gun at Lincoln. What do you do? Do you save the president with a risk of you getting killed yourself, or do you let history unfold without you?

I like how your sub box is full of science and political videos but your recommendations are full of anime girls kissing each other.

Just Zoid being Zoid ^_^

Let history unfold. Strange paradoxes would ensure otherwise!

  • 01.05.2013 4:33 PM PDT

Who knows what would have happened if Lincoln hadn't died? I'm not going to change the course of world history. I'll continue to watch the play.

Duck Abe's head and hit the gun out of his hand, proceed to headlock him, put the gun to his head and let the guards to the rest.

13.72 billion years in the making.

On December 1st, 2012, I met Neil deGrasse Tyson. I shook the man's hand, and even made him laugh. Not much else to do with my life now.

This is a time paradox because if I had stopped him, I probably wouldn't have been born, thus couldn't go back to decide whether or not to stop him.

Come here often?

I'd tackle Booth to the ground and become a national hero.

Lincoln called them off, remember?

If we disagree, it's nothing personal, opinions are opinions.
Antagonizing me to build a false sense of worth is so damn cute.

Brighten your day with science.

OT: I wouldn't change history, cause risks.

I nod to the kind gentleman and motion him to have a seat
oh god, why is my ear ringing
who is this man laying in my lap
why is the president dead
why did Mr Wilkes just jump out of the balcony

  • 01.05.2013 4:36 PM PDT

GOAT

I would change history.

I'd shoot John Wilkes Booth and bite Lincoln in the neck.

"So- So this means Im just going to be miserable for the rest of time?!"

"No. This means that you have to live life to the fullest. You have one life, live it well. Make sure you die without regrets. Get a new life, new mate, new family. You, out of all people, don't deserve a terrible fate of misery like that. Having nothing to look forward to is good. It makes sure you want to keep on going. Living is a right, not a privilege."

If my reality wouldn't be altered, I would save him. If it would be altered, I would probably hesitate too long to do anything in the first place.

Intervene.

The guy dared to make himself known at several of Lincoln's speeches (inspect the pictures and you can find his face among the crowd).

The guy deserves a death like this, a death that'll make the headlines. Either way, he'll be dead.

Just remember that no matter how terrible you feel, or how much you want to let go, there are people who care about you and love you.

-blam!- Was that actually blammed out? Or did I just type it? You'll never know.

I'd shoot Lincoln first.

Hopefully Booth doesn't rage over kill stealing.

Don't judge a book by its cover, unless it has bacon on the cover, then it is a good book.
