The MLS is gaining popularity and then we have the NASL on a revival run. So I'd say its getting more popular which is something I've been waiting for, for a while.

Also did you hear about Pato and what happend to Boateng and the squad? My game worn Pato jersey is worth a lot more know. Not much longer till my Rooney jersey does the same
I blame Beckham for the rise in popularity.

I feel for Pato, I expected him to be big at Serie A but injuries get the best of people. Maybe he can stay injury free back in Brazil and show us all his potential.

The Boateng incident is just sad because it's always the minority who ruin it for the majority. Much like the England under 21's game with Serbia where the minority ruined it that night. Sad that these incidents still occur.

I'd like to be more passionate, just sports here in america are bull-blam!-. All the teams and their players are best friends with the opposing team's players and there's no major sport that everyone unites behind. That said, I do throw chairs and break windows when the Chicago Bulls are Bears lose. I'm used to my Cubs losing.

I totally agree with what he did. Soccer is a "gentleman's" sport and you shouldn't have to play in an environment like that. That's just me.

Helping idiots hate other idiots since people have existed.

Very passionate.

Yeah he did the right thing. If the football governing body isn't going to do anything about racism in football then the players have to take it into their own hands and he did exactly the right thing.
