The Dildact reminds you Halo Reach had a rank cap (Lt Colonel grade 3) for over 2 months for everyone for no reason.

The Dildact says 343 is letting players who bought the LE and played within 2 weeks bypass the rank cap, yet you still complain.

Real account.

If you assign every letter of the alphabet a number, a is 1, b is 2, etc., and you take all of the values of the word "MATH", and add them, you get 42. So math is the meaning of life, the universe, and everything.

I detest both games.

So do all who live to see such times, but that is not for them to decide. All we have to decide is what to do with the time that is given to us.

Halo Reach is utter crap, however Halo 4 is boring me at the moment.

I do agree on the fact that The Flood is stupid for blindly hating this game.

There is no such word as Dildact. Friendly reminder Halo 4 has not sent any word when the cap will be removed and it has been two months. We learned how the cap was removed in Halo: Reach weeks before it was removed.

If it's true, than I don't know what good it does me considering I can't stand more than an hour on Halo 4.

Also your exp was not lost, it was added after the cap was lifted.

The Dildact say that 117 million challenges was pointless waste of time.

343 is actually rewarding dedicated players such as The Dildact.

Way to not address my points in a decent manner at all. Seriously, your name reminds me of "dildo" and "didact" together. It's a really funny image and the way you take makes it funnier.

Life is a journey, if you spend all of it with your nose in your map, you may miss some of the best parts.

lol caring about a rank that means absolutely nothing.

The longer 343 takes to lift the cap, the more value The Dildact and others get out of their LE and dedication.

The Dildact hopes it doesnt get lifted for at least a few more weeks so The Dildact can show of his 130 to the casuals.

With the halo reach cap we got something to work for. We got a goal that would, upon reaching it unlock the other ranks. The halo 4 cap status is: we will remowe it sometimes. Thats a big difference

Blind Halo 4 fanboys are making threads about Halo 4 being good.

I think that is funnier.

The Dildact hasnt played Halo 4 since he got 130 two weeks ago.

Many gave their lives so that we could live on. I intend to honor them by remembering them. Remember Cyborg. Remember John. Remember Noble.

Oddly enough, I found my way to Reach after all.
I used to complain about trivialities and mostly the campaign, because I hoped it would be deeper.
But after a year, I got over it and learned to love the little things too (besides that other, wonderfull stuff).
Now it has a spot in my heart - mainly because it's Bungie's farewell to the series, which gives the game a really unique feel.

I don't defend Reach because I remember what used to bug me about it. I still don't understand people complaining about multiplayer and I probably never will.
But I say - when I see Halo 4... Reach is downright perfect compared to it. So people tend to put me into the same bag with other haters... Oh well
Can't wait for Destiny.

What value is there when you are showing off a rank to casuals? They are called casuals for a reason. They put little, if any, dedication into a game. A 130 is unimpressive to them because they're not focused to get the highest rank.

The 117 Challenge, in hindsight, was more value than a hardcap such as the one 343 implemented. It gave incentive for hardcore and casuals alike to play the game in order to lift the challenge. 343's cap, on the other hand is more of a way to give an advantage to those who pre-ordered the game while also deterring the casual players from playing once they reach the cap. By doing this, they are hurting their larger demographic and their future sales as a company.

Nice try with trying to show off your self-importance, too bad by design, casuals don't care about other people's ranks.

Agreed. All the changes are good and add variety. Do we really want another Halo 3? Just running around with one gun and no armor abilities? It's good that 343 wants to try something new. Do we really want the same thing for three more games?

You chose the most stupid and retarded reason for hating Reach that I have ever heard.

Most people who blindly hate are idiots.

Not everyone who hates the game hates it blindly. Many people hate the game and actually provide constructive opinion. Most people on the Flood like to rustle jimmies so they blindly hate, but elsewhere people hate the game for valid reasons.

You could say the same about people who blindly follow the game. Some people actually defend the Fileshare being down. Anyone who defends this should have their opinion overlooked as it is clouded and misguided by bias and fanboyism.

I actually prefer Reach over Halo 4. Halo Reach was a bad Halo game, but not a bad game. Halo 4 is a good game, but comparing it to any other Halo game, it is horrible. It takes the fundamentals of each Halo game and throws them out the window. Even Reach had some balance present, not like Halo 3 and to a lesser extent Halo 2. Halo 4 has little. Nothing good comes out of ordinance, and loadouts were a nice try, but it was still better before we even heard the word loadout.
