This is only counting for games that come out that year. They don't have to be $60 but they do have to be games that come out that year.

If you assign every letter of the alphabet a number, a is 1, b is 2, etc., and you take all of the values of the word "MATH", and add them, you get 42. So math is the meaning of life, the universe, and everything.

2 to 4.

Octavia is best pony.

Only counting games that come out that year? 1-4. I buy mostly used games from a few years back, firstly because they're dirt cheap, secondly because they're the only things that can run on my crappy PC.

A pretty decent amount. Only counting new games, I bought at least 15 games this year. But I did buy a lot of older games this year as well.

This is mainly what I do as well. I just wanted to know how many games people play before they call a game "Game of the Year".

I have about 45, so divided by the 6 years I've had my Xbox, 7.5 games per year. I haven't bought or received any games in the past 10 months though.

Out of those categories 3-5. Even then 2013 looks like it's going to be a dry year, can't be as bad as last year though- i only bought 2 games.

It varies. Sometimes 1-2 but other times way more especially during a steam sale.

Currently studying Computer Science & Software engineering. Hope to work on mobile devices of the future! When a certain game's credits roll, look out for my name! ;)

You will -blam!- bricks when you see what game it is! =)

2-5 typically.

Depends. I'm the type of person that will do too much research on a game before considering it, then end up convincing myself to not buy it. Other times I may do research, participate in public betas, follow the developer and trying it out and actually finding it's quite enjoyable.

On average, 0-2 games a year, I assume you're only talking about video games.

  • 01.06.2013 10:32 AM PDT

3 to 4 depending on the game maker.

Depends on the year and how much money I can spend and what games are on sale.

  • 01.06.2013 10:35 AM PDT

Come out that year? Probably 3 to 5.

I guess like 2 or 3.

For a couple years it was only about 1.

I understand nothing because my life is a conspiracy.

I bought too many this year (some were disappointing), so anywhere from 3 to 8 on average.
