Do you think what he does is just or the right thing to do! Killing people only who have committed murder themselves. I say yes and am on Dexter's side. What do you guys think? By the way it's my favorite show right now :D

Talking about Sweden is an ultrabannable offense.

Too bad being completely and utterly wrong isn't a bannable offense.

I liked Death Note better.

I honestly don't know, that's one of the things I like the most about the show. Moral ambiguity.

Haven't seen the show, but from what I've heard and glimpsed Dexter seems like a pretentious hypocrite with a fetish for punishing others.

His mother was chainsawed to pieces right in front of him when he was very young. This messed him up in the head and gave him the urge to kill. At first it was animals, then people. His adoptive father (now dead and no, not killed by Dexter) who was also a police officer found out about this and tried to channel Dexter's urges to murderers. Harry (dexter's dad) taught him a code (don't get caught, only kill the guilty, blah blah) which has up until this day, 20-30 years later has kept him from getting caught. Harry walks in on one of Dexters kills while he is young and, after seeing what he has created, ends up killing himself.

Sooooo that's about it.

Also Dexter is a blood spatter analyst at the Miami Metro Police Department where his sister is the head of Homicide.
