In the Septagon is where I spend most of my days.
Relaxin', maxin', posting all cool,
Talking about Halo, life and some school.
Got in one little argument, and the mods got scared,
they said "You're gonna get banned and your member title'll be bare!"

Define tank? You can armor it, I suppose, so long as it meets regulations on performance and impact behavior. As far as weapons go, I don't think I need to comment.

Heavily armored. Able to ram into barriers without stopping.

You'd probably get into trouble, simply for the fact that it'd cause unnecessary damage and pose a hazard to the life of anyone you hit.

But what does that make a Hummer?

Because aliens.

Buy a Marauder instead.

A Hummer won't make it through a concrete barrier (assuming that's what you meant).

Honestly, you're biggest problem in such a scenario would be your engine mounts. They'd likely snap if your frame was reinforced enough to handle the impact.

Probably not street legal, but you could drive it off road (as long as it wasn't armed with illegal weaponry).

Relavant: Killdozer.

"Apparently people don't like the truth, but I do like it; I like it because it upsets a lot of people. If you show them enough times that their arguments are bull-blam!-, then maybe just once, one of them will say, 'Oh! Wait a minute I was wrong.' I live for that happening. Rare, I assure you."-Lemmy of Motorhead

Yes, I'm the guy who had the Flood admit to being furries.

It's actually legal to own and operate a tank as long as the turret is disabled. The appropriate car lights installed, etc.

Step 1: Purchase M1 Abrams.
Step 2: Remove weaponry.
Step 3: Make it street legal.
Step 4: ???
Step 5: Profit.

technically, no, as long as you don't violate things like traffic safety laws. (remove headlights, blinkers or seatbelts.)
