Subject: What are you expecting from the next gen Xbox?

I'm expecting at least 500 GB of HHD memory. I doubt they'll use SSD since its effective and you hardly get any storage for the price. Hard to say if Microsoft will use a blu ray player, but I'm assuming they'll stick to DVDDL. The obvious things will be a better processor, more connection options, and better GPU.

A second cup holder. This stupid Xbox 360 only has one.

Now let's get down to business, I don't got no time to play around, what is this?

I'm hoping they can make one that works properly for more than a year or two.

Better graphics obviously, and more kinect integration.

That's all I can say will most likely happen.

Name's John. I'm a 21-year-old firefighter/EMT from lolhio who doubles as a die-hard Halo fan. I've been enjoying the franchise since 2001. My favorite iteration of Halo would have to be Halo 2 simply because I never got to experience the joy of a full-on Halo: CE LAN.

If you have any other questions, feel free to ask.

Oh yeah, and boot Zome.

Next-gen Halo.

That's it. Nothing overly wowing or special.

Too bad that's an unrealistic expectation considering the way the industry's heading.

More players supported in a single game, I very much want to play 64 player Battlefield like on the PC.

Pretty much.

Surely they can't increase the price of Live. If they do, then the ps3 will be getting more sales.

I graduated from high school on June-11-2011. I'm 19 right now. I'm turning 20 in December. I like playing video games, and board games. I like reading Sci-Fi, and World War II novels, and what not.

"There is nothing better in the world than being better at a video game than someone else....oh wait"

-Being able to download things from a flash drive to the next Xbox.

-The same disc drive cars, PS3 and the Wii/U uses. Which is one that locks the disc in place. To me the only reason MS has the disc try is because they want to make sure your game is ruined. If something falls/hits the 360 while the disc is being used.

-Hard drives that are on the same level as computers. My dad has this external HD that is years old and it's 500GB. With today's tech there is no reason at all why the next Xbox doesn't have a stock one that's around 1,000GB.

-A Bluray player. To me the 360 is holding back the size games can be because of its DVD format.
PC: With the amount of GBs you can get for them. Downloading a game wouldn't even be a noticeable percentage.
PS3: Bluray disc that are 25GB single. 50GB duel. 100GB triple. 150GB quadruple.
Xbox 360: LOL DVD format which is 8GB duel.
Let's look at Skyrim That game could have been larger if it wasn't for the 360's size limitations. To me if MS doesn't get Bluray or a format that can be on the same level as it. Game developers shouldn't be making universal games for it because it's not fair to everybody else. That they have to suffer because of one systems limitations.

8 GB dual? Yeah, they need to switch to Blu Ray.

Hopefully something to compete with NVIDIA's shield.

If they can make a decent wireless video connection, that would be awesome. One less cord to deal with.

The only problem is that Sony controls it. So MS might have to work out some deal with them.
