What makes this cool is what it will mean for micro/mobile devices. Imagine an iPhone or Android with a MULTI TB drive. You could walk around with every song you have ever heard, every picture you looked at, every movie you have ever seen, all in your pocket.
That's what this means.
If you're like me, a single terabyte is not enough for that.
Would need at least 5TB. Hence the MULTI in my post. I have a 3 TB drive in my media server, I'm already half way on filling it up, and I am only at 6 months of trying.
How? I'm running a 1TB in my main PC, it's only just starting to get full after two years of heavy use. About 70-80 games installed, a load of programs & an 80gb downloads file. I also hate deleting things.
You use full size BluRay rips (legal, of course) or something?
