Go to the hospital. I have had this kind of thing happen. It is probably a puss infection (if you like to chew you're nails, then its pretty obvious) or some bacteria got into the cut.
They will drain the area that has the fluid. You could do this yourself but its going to hurt, whereas the hospital will give you drugs to numb your foot while they drain it. After everything is drained, they will bandage the area and give you some temporary medication. This will probably include soaking area in water for 10 minutes for 3 times a day, re-bandaging area, take medication, etc.
But in short words, I would go get it check out as this is something that you shouldn't leave alone. In a few days it could get very bad. Like, the rest of your foot will be infected. But by now, the worst that could happen is that you will loose your toe nail, but it will just grow back in about 4-6 weeks.
EDIT: By the looks of the pics, it doesn't look very bad. But it wouldn't hurt to get it looked at.
