Well My personal openion is the ranks shouldnt go by numbers. I was playing Battlefeild 2 for PC wen i gained my Captain rank. I was wondering, dude woodnt it b kewl if Halo had a rank system like this. The higher points you get, you can unlock new multiplayer models and skins. The more kills you get no matter win or lose, thts based on ur promotion. So instead of like having a rank for every diffrent game varitents u hav one rank for every game varient u play. Suppose ur a Staff Sgt. in Team Slayer. u wanna play team snipers ur still a staff Sgt. so u dnt hav to worry and spend countless hours getting more than 1 rank up.
GRUNTS
Level 1-2 (Private First Class) no unlock
Level 3-5 (Lance Corperal) Elite character unlock
Level 4-6 (Corperal) Assult Rifle unlock
Level 7-9 (Sgt.) Emblem unlock
Level 10-12 (Staff Sgt.)Marine Unlock
Level 13-16 (Gunnery Sgt)Emblem unlock
Level 17-20 (Sgt. First Class)Fuel Rod gun unlock
Level 21-23 (Master Gunnery)Brute Character unlock
OFFICER
Level 24-27 (Sgt. Major)Emblem unlock
Level 28-30 (2nd LT.)Jackel Unlock
Level 31-34 (LT.)Grunt unlock
Level 35-37 (Captain) ODST marine unlock
Level 38-41 (LT. Cononel)Emblem unlock
Level 42-46 (Cononel)Flood Character unlock
Level 47-48 (Commander)Honor Guard Elite unlock
Level 49-50 (General)Hunter Character Unlock
P.S. it wood take a two days to get from a 1-2 b.c every1 wood b an officer within the first day and once u get to a sgt. it takes 5 days to get promoted to ur next Rank. Oce ur an officer a week until ur next level. and 38+ more than a week based upon ur kills no matter win or lose u cnt lose ur level unless u get -0 every game or get busted for modding standbying or betrayls.
