Personally I would like to see them both return, but you guys can discuss.

I would like to see what the Arbiter's weaknesses are, If your answer would be "no," he should not return.

i simply hated his levels and hated how it interupted MC's good levels. if they made it so i could choose which campaign to play through without interuptions than i would be ok with that but not otherwise.

Okay. Arbiter is going to return, wether he is playable or not, wether anyone likes it or not. Would I like him to return? Yes, I think he is a good character. The End.

Simple solution: Have separate Campaigns.

He is gonna return no matter what because he had a storyline left incompleted in the last game. Now, whether or not you'll be able to play as him is a mystery.

Seriousely, though I agree with your responce and this isn't directed directly at you, but some of the biggest idiots and discrases of the video game enterprise. These polls have gone up multiple times and each time they have been with the Arbiter in majority, but those guys don't respond and you have fifty morons with crappy reasons for not liking him. Stop doing these threads, they're pointless popularity votes. To put this in simple terms, they're like Lord of the Rings fans who don't like Gollum because he's ugly.

that was exactly what i was saying........i have always thought that unlocking the Arbiter campaign after completeing MC's would be cool and make you feel more rewarded for beating it. however this wouldnt work if the arbiter and master cheif fight together in any missions other than the last one, or with the maser cheif. He needs to be the first person to play through the game as. but yes they definately should seperate the campaigns.

what are you talking about? ive got a perfectly legit reason for absolutely despising how they did the two intertwined campaigns. im not the only one who feels that way either. i dont have ADD but if someone did they would probably forget what the hell had happened to the MC or the arbiter last time they were seen. I cant think of a worse way to include 2 campaigns than to alternate every mission or 2. Please tell me how that is a bad reason for not liking the campaign. if you cant then shut up. also, be careful what you say. im am not a "discrase" to the videogame enterprise......i mean look at you. You cant even spell the damned word. its d-i-s-g-r-a-c-e. not to mention i have already started learning about Computer Arts and im only almost 15. so next time you say something retarded like that, make sure you have reason to say it or at least you can spell it cause that just makes you look stupid.

He will probably return but I hope to god that you don't have to play as him again I prefered playing as chief because he's more of a bad ass. I mean Arbiter a weak elite, chief a kick ass soldier.

Arbiter and his elites are part of the story, they are also still on halo so is johnson, cortana, and uhh...whatsername.whether any of these characters are even mentioned is up to the story-line which bungie has hopefully figured out.. i dont want a thrown together game.and thats all i have to say about that

also.......MC is mexican in halo3 he was white in H1 and he went black in H2(proved with his dual weilding and car-stealing skills) and because of all the sand and desertedness in the trailer i believe he is mexican in H3

I liked the Arbiter, he was a pretty cool character (probably one of my favorite voices in the game too) and you really felt like you wanted him to win and survive etc. like a really good movie or book or game should make you feel. However, I feel that the levels that the Arbiter had to do were definitely my least favorite ones but that had nothing to do with the fact that I was playing as the Arbiter and it would have been the same if I was Chief. (Okay maybe one of my problems with them was they were dark and he had no flashlight but other than that I still disliked the Arbiter's levels).

I like many Halo fans was ans angered to find that I must play as an Elite. Then, I accepted it. Then I liked it, and then I loved it. I always say that as much as I love Arbiter, MC is more important because he is the main character.

Yes! Separate Campaigns are necessary if we play as Arbiter again. I hated hopping from one storyline to another over and over.

I loved the Arbiter levels, the Banshee part, I always got a rush in that room when the Flood rushies you from all sides, and levels like Uprising were fast pasced and brutal.

Yes, return him. Playable.

I meant "Half-Jaw," he is the white elite that helps the Arbiter, that has.........half of his Jaw torn off.

And HaloFighter92 haven't seen you around in awhile, for my part "good to see you again"

I'm pretty sure that the Arbiter was a badass. He was a freaking gold elite, which is almost the top in the color coded rank system that the covenant have set up. Notice how you only see gold elites in the EXTREMELY important missions? It's because they're leading it, as ship captians. Of course the Chief is a badass, but that's no reason to consider the arbiter a "weak elite".
