Since I'm not sure where to send this e-mail too, I'll ask on here first, to see if anyone here knows. I have a website, and I'm interested in putting the song 'Brothers in Arms' (track 3 of the Halo Soundtrack), but due to copyright and all that, I can't without permission on the host I use. So, my question is, who do I e-mail to get permission to use it? It would be on my home page, and would not be available for download or distribution. It would only be available to listen to while on that page, and that page alone.

You can make a techno remix of it, though, and use that legally - I think.

Don't take my word for it.

Try Marty O'Donald. He wrote most of the music and he is the man to talk to regarding copyright issuses. I'm sure you could e-mail some one at bungie on how to contact him but don't get your hopes up. Microsoft is copyright crazy so obviously Mr.Gates is breathing down everyones back but its worth a shot.
