They probably do, as Bungie would've cracked down on them a long time ago if they didn't have permission.

Bungie is much too cool to sue someone over that; plus, I think they already worked something out anyway; there's videos like RvB all over the net, its just that RvB is the most popular

However, Rooster Teeth also sells DVDs, which is something no other fan movie group does.

Anyhow, yes. RvB was given a special go-ahead from Bungie and Microsoft.

You know i don't think that bungie would even care that much because RvB doesn't even say anything bad about halo. All they are really doing is giving free advertising and everyone gets a good laugh

Yo Halo53, I'm real happy for you and I'ma let you finish, but Beyonce had one of the best bungie.net profiles of all time. OF ALL TIME!

RvB was given permission. They wouldn't do anything they aren't allowed to. The original RvB Intro used music from Limp bizkit but since they technically weren't allowed to use the music, they took it down so it can't be downloaded. They also had to change the song that is on the radio of the warthog when Grif and Simmons take the jeep from Lopez because they couldn't find who made it.
