I am not really sure what you are asking, as a flash is generally a movie or game of some sort, do you mean you are trying to capture a single image from the flash program?

Well if you are trying to just save an image from a flash program/movie there is a print screen button, I'm pretty sure MACs offer the same button on their keyboard. Anyway, freeze the flash program on the image you want to save then press that button, and open an image program Photoshop is great if you have it, if not I don't know what the MAC equivalent of paint is, and then just do like a copy and paste and just paste it. If that doesnt work, try shift and print screen and then try to paste it. I just cant remember is the shift is required or not. Then just save the file however you want
