If i did this right then here they are : Operating System : Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition

Memory : 448 MB of RAM

Graphics card : GeForce 4 MX Intergrated GPU ( chip type )

Sound card : NVIDIA(R) nForce(TM)Audio

DirectX Version : DirectX9.0C

Service pack 2 installed

eMachines T3256

AMD Athlon(tm) XP 3200+

Are these good specs and is my graphics card good? If anyone could give me a DL to a GeForce intergrated chip dl to make it better that would help alot!

Why wait until vista comes out. Its not going to be for another year. And if you buy a compute now its not like vista wont run on it. I just bought a laptop and on that usual windows xp sticker it says below vista capable. It looks like you need a computer badly so id suggest getting one soon.

Well, at least your processor is decent

It's not that you can wait a year for Vista, it's just that you're missing so many great games out there currently on the market! Half-Life 2, Unreal Tournament, Act of War: Direct Action, Age of Empires III, Doom 3, and many more other games. There are still more games coming to XP as we speak, such as Prey.

Of course! And so is Crysis, Shadowrun, and a bunch of other hotly anticipated games, but that doesn't mean you should miss out on current-gen games.

If you're thinking of doing any kind of upgrading, wait until next year. When Windows Vista comes out, so does DirectX 10. I think somewhere in the 4th Quarter of this year that Graphic Card Companies (Nvidia, or ATI) will be developing DX 10 Cards, so it's best that you wait till then unless you want to get things now and be forced to upgrade later. If I were you I'd buy a cheap card like the GeForce 6 series or the ATI Radeon 9000 series.

By the end of the year, most here should be able to afford an X1900XT or 7900GT.
