Thoughts.

1. Return of the black armor for Halo 3? It looked awesome in Dead or Alive 4.

2. More color customization, such as differnt armor color patterns, such as camouflage, or armor shape variations? Pimp my chief.

3. Different variations of armor which can be unlocked through Xbox Live as you ascend through the ranks? "Look at that kid's armor! He's a level so-and-so."

4. Customizable shoulder and back emblems, but also maybe in even more places?

5. Custom made emblems? Custom colors, too?

All in all, its safe to say Bungie's probably made up their minds, but it is nice to dream. They know what they're doing...and they all suprised the heck out of us with the potential of boarding a vehicle in Halo 2, and even emblems in the first place for that matter. Who knows what they've got in store? It'll be good, I'm confident of that.

Night...

Black armor is a sufficient no, obviously. Looks cool, but yeah.

They might do something with colors, but I seriously doubt we'll be seeing armor variations. There is one type of armor, unless you count the Halo 1 kind. Still, useless. This isn't Forza.

I see the whole rank-based armor being shot down immediately, especially considering how the rank system kind of failed in Halo 2. Anyways, I don't think matchmaking should be the sole rewards program for Halo.

We already have customizeable emblems?

Custom made emblems. Not sure how that'd work out.

Keep it like it was in Halo 2. Black can return if the engine runs it right(black was nearly invisable with the Halo 2 engine). I just want more skins. Like Mark 5, Arbiter, Heretic, etc.

Arbiter skn would be such an improvment, Elite players wouldn't have to worry about the head disadvantage due to the small head. It would work nicely.

Heh, didn't mean to bust your ideas. I mean, I'm just offering pessimistic advice. It's what I do. Bungie is full of innovative minds, I'm sure they can make some of these things work. And then maybe afterwards they'll recreate Chiron TL-34, eh.

Mendicant Bias: Someone set us up the Halo. We get signal.
Gravemind: What?!
Medicant Bias: Main screen turn on.
Gravemind: It's you!
Offensive Bias: How are you, Enemy? All your base are belong to Forerunner. You are on the way to destruction.
Gravemind: What you say?!
Offensive Bias: You have no chance to survive, make your time. Ha ha ha.

I would want to be able to customize armor. Perhaps getting more armor variants/accesories as you progress through story mode, or beeting it on Legendary. That way you could say "Hey, that kid has [insert item/armor here]! He must've beeten the game on Legendary!" Of course the armor and accesories would be purely cosmetic.

I can only be called a realist when I give up my hopes of Bungie recreating Chiron TL-34.
