You do realise the humans could not perfect cloning? Have you ever read the non action parts of the books?
They could only, albeit very crudely, flash clone humans, which due to certain problems within them, caused them to suffer from many diseases and die very quickly.
Captain Keyes is dead. Sorry. I hate it when people say this and think it's true.
You know what "Flash Clone" means? It means that the kids were grown within an hour or two, to be returned to the parents' house before they'd normally wake up.
You also do know that this was over 35 years before Halo, correct?
And the fact that there is definately more than one Cloning process, rather than just the one..or they wouldn't add "Flash" in from of "Clone" for Flash Clone.
======
Also, whatabout the Flood DNA that gives regenerative abilities to Johnson (it would keep the dying organs in the Clones regrowing)...
we all know that Ackerson is the one who had the Crystal under ONI..and the crystal had directions to Halo, just like the one at Cote D' Azur (sp?)
Spartan-IIIs anyone? Couple that with "Rat Race" in Halo..which seemed like a testing facility (up the ramps, down the tubes) and was built by humans inside the interior of Halo...why would the PoA's crew need this?
Chiron TL34 is also a Spartan Clone Training Facility..you can also hear the Halo's pulse sounding in the background (seperate from the teleporter chargers)..so it's not the one on Mars..
Facility, meaning there are many different ones, and all hae a different purpose, at different locations..
Also, how would the ONI Lieutenant (Haverson) be on the PoA if he wasn't part of the crew.."left overs" from Ackerson's scouting force?
Is his force the same ONI agents that are overseeing the digging up of the Forerunner sturcture in the human planet - Coral?
Why was Johnson going on the same mission that the Spartans were, sent by ONI..why send normal Marines, when you have three Spartans coming in..the whole thing seems staged by some higher-up. Ackerson?
