Halo CE......(sigh) the good ol' days......
“Go, stranger, and to Lacedaemon tell that here, obeying her behests, we fell.”

ok, i have been hearing consistently that the Halo's will kill ALL life, and the only way for life to survive is if there is some sort of DNA/bacteria stored in the ark or the Ark is a sanctuary.
But if i recall correctly, 343 Guilty Spark said that the rings will only kill off all life with sufficient biomass to sustain a flood infection. If this is so, then many small animals, fish, insects, reptiles, and bacteria would survive the halo's. Therefore, the halo's do not completley end life, but just kill off in specificity, thier food.
actually he says "all life with sufficient biomass to sustain the flood" no infection in there, so therefore sustain can mean just things small enough to offer them a food source, they dont have to infect it, they can just eat it, so knowing that i dont think small animals will survive, besides how would the halos kill all life except for the small animals?
