Remember when in halo 1 you could just keep hitting someone, either dead or alive, and an endless amount of blood would keep squirting everywhere? i miss that, and i hope that it's in halo 3. i dont care that its not realistic, it's just cool. so tell me what you think and vote in the poll here.

If you recall, the same thing happened in Halo2, but another thing is that the game would start locking up once you did this enough, so...no

hey, sycomonkey, in halo 2, that definelty did NOT happen. in halo 1, you could wack a dead elite for hours on end, and when you looked up, the area would be soaked in bood. in halo 2, all you would hear is a clack, no blood. sad.....

IT just doesn't make sense. hitting someone isn't like a blade. Halo needs to at least makes sense.

You can bloody up a wall with living people by shooting them with Plasma. weird effect to make very bloody walls.

Well. I think this should only work with Sword, Needler, and Brute Shot. that would make more sense.

Is there a point to it? Honestly, there is no reason to have any increased gore in the game. I find it slightly revolting to be playing a game with humungous pools of blood on the ground.

I played SWAT earlier and Ivory Tower looked like a slaughterhouse.

I think you're missing the point.

Having a fist the size of a large rock surrounded by energy shielding and heavy armor...I think that's enough to make blood splatter on the walls.

One game I'm not joking a little like 7 year old said and I quote " tell me what your dick looks like so I can imagine it in my head and beat off to it"

If Team Swat became ranked, would there still be no shields?

Amazing!

There's blood trails and spots on Halo 2, as well.

but those are only trails of blood, you don't make it. It's just a lot of fun to beat the living crap out of an elite and see fountains of blood erupting from his chest or something. thats really cool

Bungie will probally not make H3 a gory Game.
Since the realease of H2, many kids under 18, have been playing.
I you dont want to see parents sueing bungie.

Wow, how about enjoying a game for its gameplay, not the amount of unrealistic blood it has, besides thats a waste of time and energy for Bungie to make every creature in the game spew unrealistic amounts of blood everywhere everytime they got shot

? Does blood not come out of bodies (live or dead) in Halo 2? I think you're missing something there..

I think the old blood splatter should be brought back though. It made the chief feel very strong when he smacked an elite and blood just flew everywhere. I think their should be more gore, they said they wanted this game to feel epic, and nothing is more dramtic then a very realistic blood splatter or squirt. Imagine if the sword could cut off limbs, that would be dramatic, watching one of your marines just get his arm cut off and him stumbling around. I think it would be cool if Bungie incorporated death animations that you could react with. Like you shoot a brute in the stomach and he starts to crawl off or like when someone falls from really high and they go into that -blam!- swimming animations, you could shoot them in the head and they would go limp.
