Ultima Geek, I don't think youre getting just what I'm saying.
My point is that, a Pelican would not be fitting for multiplayer, a gametype that would neccesitate in a Pelican would need to house at least need 80 people or more, and that takes away from Halo's gameplay.
And by that I mean, Halo's gameplay is easy going, you have a sense of what is going on. Every map has a unique style, that you know where you are, and you can get there.
And stop dissecting what I say, when I say, the maps don't have invisible walls, I mean that they are confined! Sure you could try to bounce out, and then you would be stuck, but Halo's maps are in their own little world.
Playing a game with 80 people would take away from the core of the gameplay, you can't talk to people, well you can, but not on the same level as Halo.
When they made maps like Coag and gametypes like Big Team Battle, they wanted to make it so that you don't exactly know what's going on. Which was their intention, to differ from the norm, and don't say that a Pelican would differ from the norm too, because a Pelican is different.
And when I say that a Pelican would be a GOD weapon/vehicle, I mean it, sure you can justify yourself with the rockets, but a Pelican would be too fast, or it would stop, the gunner would target the guy, and shoot him up.
So I want Halo to just be Halo.
