First of all, you ask "good or bad?", neither of which are choices on your poll.
Secondly, I don't think that 64-player would be too good of an idea.
Heres why:
* I don't think the XBox ethernet system could possibly support 64 players, that's 16 XBoxes all running off of the same cables. Thats a lot of cables and it couldn't possibly handle that much.
* LAG. nuff' said.
* There is no possible way that you could find 64 people, and play Halo at someones house, unless you own a mansion. Even then, you would have to have multiplayer maps that could support 64 players. What's more, I don't know about anyone else, but half of my freinds get into fist-fights because they don't like the games the other half makes.
In short, I don't think it's even possible in the first place, so it's not worth talking about.
But don't get me wrong, if someone could make it work, it would be great.
Edit: Even if you did try it over the internet, you still have the issue of pleasing everyone and Lag.
