The BIble might not relate to Halo 3 (Who knows? They say God works in mysterious ways, or some **** like that...), but the Halo series have a lot of references to the Bible.

At least, many people think they do.

(10:19:49 PM) Scruss: oh and pezza, i saw what you did to that cat
(10:20:17 PM) Pezza: You were the one with the video camera breathing heavily. Of course you saw.

Many of the ideas are taken straight from the Bible, the Covenant, the Ark, -blam!- think about it for a -blam!- minute. The Prophets, thats right PROPHETS, are trying to save all the Covenant from a doomed existance.

Maybe. After all, according to the Bible (or some damn religion), we're all God's creatures, and God directly influences us and our lives. So God made the people who made Bungie who made Halo. Meaning that the ultimate credit goes to God.

Assuming you believe in any of that.

Fine thin line? Whuuuuh...?

Halo does not = Bible. Jesus Christ did not single-handedly annihilate a conglomerate of alien races. Nor did he have a sassy, seksi female AI to aid him.

After all, Jesus Christ, like God, advocated love and peace. Fleshy humans, however, thought love + peace = genocide...

I'll have you know
that I've become
Indestructible!

How many heroes visit Cairo early in their campaign for Earth, coming to this planet for deeds of the covenant?
He left unexpectedly and went 'feet first into hell' in the process of getting rid of Regret.
Though he spent time in the grave, he was not left to rot there, but ascended to the holiest city of the covenant.

Now, this is his second coming to Earth, and he is seen coming from the Heavens.

How many heroes can boast of that?

Halo: Combat Evolved not Halo: Christinanity Involved

I suppose it could, as Bungie tends to take a lot from mythologies, however, I just think it is conincidence. I could find similarties between the Terrorists Attacks and the Bible if I wanted to, it's so long and covers so much it would be hard not to. After that you get into personal interperatation, which stretches things even further

Halo 3 (31st), ODST (14th) and Reach (4th) Mythic Conqueror. (Mythic is Solo, Legendary, All skulls on + scoring on and no deaths/saves).
