If me, an unemployed 16 year old can save my lunch money and buy my own along with a faceplate, an extra controller and a game, i think anyone can. Seriously, you are only complaining because your parents cant buy you one because THEY say it is too expensive.
Well stop crying and start doing some work for a change and then buy it yourself. Youll like it alot more afterward. $400 is not that hard to raise, and i raised $500 to get all that stuff, in less than a year. Ask your parents if they are doing anything that takes a few hours, then ask them for a $7.00 an hour salary for doing the work. I gaurantee you the cash will roll in. I made $300 by working a my Dad's booth at a woodworking convention in Las Vegas. Guess what i got also on that trip besides money... i got to see the Blue Man Group as well as go on the Star Trek the Experience about 4 times. It was fun, and very rewarding.
Just as your parents, and you will be rewarded.
