OK, if anyone else listens to KOXM (official xbox magazine audio podcast), you would have heard them (kinda) confirm an interesting idea yesterday. An uber 360, which has an HD drive that runs DVDs and games, along with a 250gig HDD, and also has several other major upgrades; it's for hardcore xbox players, so regular 360 people won't miss out on anything special, but imagine having one. *note* BTW, it's as much as the PS3...but having a T3 connection and this uber 360 with Halo 3 and BAM, good times for the rest of your life (or at least until summer's over).

Um, my in god's name would you need a 250gig HDD on a console? 40gig's will be enough, and a portable 250gig HDD is cheaper, which is what i have.

Look... I'm on bungiepedia!

With a huge HDD, gameplay will be more fluid. I was saving up for vacation, and have around 300$..not going anymore.

How much is the HDD? 150ish? I was planning on buying Halo raphic novel, and The Art of Halo books..

Why not just buy a portable HDD for less money. A $600 HDD is a bit much, whearas a $150-$300 (dont remember, in there somewhere) is better.
