after pondering about all this hype and stuff it made me think of the halo 2 hype, and i remembered the ilovebees hoax, which was a very fun way of delving deeper and deeper into the halo 2 release. anyways, i wondered if the site was still up, and so i went back to see it was still there with it's old "countdown to wide awake and physical" message, but there was something different, it had a different number on it, a really BIG number on it. so, after a little bit of calculation, i figured out that the time is counting down to the 5th of november, 2551, at 5:06 in the morning (New zealand time, someone convert this to american time or whatever timezone bungie is in). Now if i am not mistaken, halo 1 (if not halo 2, im not sure) was set in 2551, no? so what is this number telling us? Could it be saying 5th november release date? possibly, maybe it is saying that is the time halo 3 is set? who knows, it could mean a variety of things. It could be just a time the ilovebees crowd set just to keep one going for the rest of all our lives.

Work it out yourselves, guys. Let me know what you think about it.

you never know, this could be completely old news that i missed because i stopped following ilovebees as soon as i figured out it was a hoax. If it is then i'm sorry for being a complete idiot.

Well the humans discovered the Covenant at Harvest on Febuary 3, 2525. The Covenant attacked Earth on October 20, 2552. So perhaps the date is when the Apacolypso fell from slipstream space? I hope your math is right though (I won't bother, I suck at math).

Is the ILB's story cannon or not, I never got a straight answer on that one.

The Frozen Minority - The most infamous clan borne from the Seventh Column.

The ILB story is not technically canon. Confirmed by Staten. The countdown does go to the time Halo is roughly set yes, it is another cool touch added by the crew who ran the site.

I went back there a while ago and nothing seemed new so I just left. I shall keep watch of it though and I hope another thing like ILB come for Halo 3. Keep watching Halo 3 trailers for any sign of a site address.
