Do you guys think it would make game play more fun if there were more interactive maps in multiplayer? Just like on Zanzibar how you can blow a lot of the building up, would you like to see more of that in maps?

I think it would be cool to be able to blast through a wall here and there using the tank or something.

Or imagine off target rockets slamming into part of water works and destroying half of the upper level.

Any thoughts?

This has been posted many times, but the answer is still, "yes".

It would be cool but limited in scale EX: you can destroy designated areas on the map.

Oh, well anyway... I'm glad there is a resounding yes.

Hell yes. That sounds like completely destructable environments though, but imo that´s the way to go.

See thats what I'm saying, especially with tank shots. If you could start tearing down those front walls to the bases on Containment, these games would get crazy. Not completely destroyed, but just enough to give another entrance. Or blowing up bridges to stop heavy artillery from crossing certain points.

It would have to be a very limited scale. But I guess that would be cool.

I agree with limiting it, but, they should make it so its not the same everytime, like if you somehow could smash a tower to the ground, it would fall over in different directions each time, changing the game in different ways for every match.

One part of that I would really like is for the rubble created to not disappear. Like the stalagtites in Water Works to stay after being droped. So you can create and change the cover and topography of the map through out the match.

I would say yes.

e.g. Be able to collapse some entrances to bases, but also be able to blow holes in bases to create different entrances. Also, in assault games, I would like for the bomb to completely level the base.

Final idea, place weak sopts in some walls or cliffs so that if you shoot them enough, a rockslide ensuues. Sort of like what happens on waterworks.

They need completely destructible environments, if they can do it right. Not just a wall that breaks and dissapears, like a rocket hits a wall, wood and debris flys outward, lands, and stays there. Metal would dent severly, but never shatter (they could make bases out of metal so people wouldnt just get rockets and a ton of ammo and just tear the enemy base down).

That would sweet could you imagine chunks of the bases just bieng blown off.

That would be awesome, I hate people who camp, so this could actually be a good thing to get campers out.

Well, maybe key points could be destructible. A completely destructible environment would make things a little too easy. Maybe blowing corners off walls, or a certian base has a wall that can be blown out by the tank. or perhaps the ability to destroy a bridge and force them to use airial transport.
