When I first went to my friends house (the first one I knew with an Xbox back when those were new) he had a bundle that game with PGR and Halo, now we had never heard of either of these games since back then I never really read games magazines or anything. Anyways we looked at the 2 covers and agreed that PGR was the better game since we both are really into cars and never even played Halo that first day, needless to say we eventually got around to it and fell in love with Halo and here I am today. :)

When I first heard of it, I went into an epileptic seizure, shortly followed by shock and temporary blindness. After two weeks in the hospital and six months in rehab (being blind for three of them) I finally played Halo, and it all repeated itself...

Although the first time i played Halo was in a game shop when it first came out for Xbox, i thought i looked cool and it stuck in my mind, but at the time i didn't have an Xbox and had my mind set on other things. It wasnt until Halo PC/Mac came out that i acctually bought the game! After i played halo and immediatly anticipated Halo 2, i got the Xbox.

There's my story, but seriously, there was just something about Halo's graphics, characters, setting and characters that made me feel it would be a great game. I also read some magazine reviews (all excellent) as well.

I never heard of it, my best friend's cousin. Had brought his Xbox over, and I just jumped into a game of MP. I was hooked.

I'd seen the ads on TV, and it looked pretty tough. We're latecomers though. My nephew got an X-Box, and his mom eventually relented and let him get a copy. The first time I saw it in action, he was playing 'Halo', coming around the dogleg to the first tower. From a distance it looked like he was in a park shooting at dozens of clones of Travelocity's 'Roaming Gnome'... my heart sank. It didn't seem to measure up to it's badass rep. I called it '-blam!--lo'.

Then I started playing co-op with him, and got hooked. Played the whole game on easy in a weekend, then normal in a day, then heroic in a mater of hours, FOREVER on legendary... sssssseeerrrriously hooked.

Then we were desperately waiting for the release of H2. We weren't disappointed, but the original seems to have an indescribable charm that H2 can't seem to approach. Lately even the Library is more appealing than the best of the H2 levels.

At the time, I was a total PS2 fanatic *ashamed*, so I was anti-Halo. Then my uncle got me a Box and converted me.

i didnt hear bout it till i went over to a friends house, and he had an xbox, he jus got halo and the game was amazing, i could stop playing eventho i realy sucked i loved it, i wasnt to happy when i found out it was only for xbox (i had a ps2) so i always went to my friends house to play the game, then a yr or 2 later i had enough money and bought an xbox, then halo 2 then shortly after i got the first halo. to this day the only 2 games i have on my xbox is halo and halo 2

and after that i had a new friend who played halo PC and i was hooked on that since i didnt have xbox live i was craving more than just campain, so i bough a computer just to play halo pc, lol. the only thing i now use my computer for is to play halo. :b

then we got highspeed internet, it was an awsome upgrade from dial up, it was an amazing difference. so i ened up getting xboxlive, and like on the pc i powned. I AM A HALO GOD!

I was interested, but didn't really want to play when I got the xbox, with the package halo and amped. I didn't really like alien games. But then, I played halo, and it wasn't just an alien game
