One of my favorite moments in Halo CE was the feel of the rumble pack when MC plunged his hand into Captain Keyes Flood form. In Halo 2 the rumble feature was absent from cinematics and I noticed it right away when I expected my controller to vibrate when the Arbiter hit the shield protecting the Heretic. I know some people also don't like the rumble feature in everything so how about a toggle option? I would really like a toggle option in Halo 3.

i like the vibration, it makes me want to put the controller in places it shouldn't go (jk)

I'd like the option in case there is a situation where it would not be beneficial to have the Rumble feature on.

I think the Rumble adds an element to the experience that you can't get from a movie or Surround sound.
If you play Ninja Gaiden or DOA4, During the Cinematics, the Controller rumbles to the actions of the Cinematic. and It really does amplify the experience.
