I am a Zombie nut and I love killing zombies. But, in halo 2 I was always trying to improve playing zombies/aids by prebaricading or finding different safer locations on different maps. Eventually it became boring for several reasons like zombies using guns or humans being to good and just spawning the zombies. There was just to many problems and even when you had the power to boot you couldn't handle different people cheating or people that were overly aggresive that complained about the problems the first 2 minutes of the game.

My idea is to have an option/ additional option in multiplayer to add the flood(NPCs) in a custom game on any map. An choice could be how many
Infection forms do you want to start out with, how many Combat forms do you want to start out with, how many carriers do you want to start out with, and hopfully how many Flood Jugarnuts do you want to start out with.

The Rules of dying I guess depending on if you limit the lives to one your on stand by mode and you guessed it if an infection form of the flood enters you dead body you turn into a flood still in stand by mode waiting for everyone else to die. with 31 people not including your self there will sure be alot of your former friends dead bodies most likley being turned into a flood soldiers trying to kill you. Ofcourse I want the players to put up barricades and I would want the flood to open it up little by little.

Please if you have any suggestions that will help improve my idea feel please to post it here and sorry for any spelling mistakes I may have maid.

I wouldn't mind seeing it in a Zombie gametype.

Bungie Did mention a gametype that was quite frightening or scary.
SO maybe that will be the gametype they are talking about.

didn't bungie say at one point that they would put a zombies gametype into matchmaking but there was no way to do it on halo 2?

No.

When people asked if Zombies could be a gametype in matchmaking, bungie said that there was no way to regulate the team switching and the limiting of weapons usage that the zombies custom gametypes needs, in Halo 2.

that's be tight, but AI would be a problem because people would end up finding flaw in it therefore rendering all game boring, so we should have the option to BE the flood in those gametypes( if we play as infection forms, firts we need to be able to walk on walls like them, and most likely be controlling about 6~7 of them at the sametime. but putting carrier forms and others wouldn't be as cool even tho, when an infection form kills a player, the player controlling the infection could infect the body and control it, therefore putting a limit on how many combat forms there will be and remainign focussed on the INFECTION goal
