ok i have looked around here alot and i dont remember seeing a topic like this, but knowing how many pages of junk there are there could already be a topic about this

anyway, we all hate derankers, at least most of us, well here is a simple fix for that, make it so you cant drop lower then a level lower then what you are currently at, basically if you make it to level 22, you couldnt drop below level 21
if you can make it to level 22, then you you shouldnt have any problem at lvl 2l
this would stop those annoying derankers (that not only can hurt your rank but are as annoying as hell) because they would only be able to go down 1 lvl

another solution could be to autoboot someone when they get more then -5 kills or something, and when you get auto booted your rank doesnt adjust

just a couple suggestions

I believe Frankie mentioned something about griefers having a harder time in Halo 3..

Here it is:
Frankie Says:
Lars continues to fine tune one of the new multiplayer gametypes and while the gametype itself is extraordinarily fun - I guarantee this will be one of the most played modes on Xbox Live in 2007 - the scoring system is difficult to balance. Right now Lars is trying to make it fun and rewarding for all the participants and yet implementing a scoring system that doesn't reward griefers and quitters. It's a tricky balance.

I think that shows they're already thinking about it.. Or, at least for that specific gametype. Your idea is flawed, though. This would also make it so losing isn't an issue. If winning gets you a level that you can't lose, then there's really no point in worrying about losses or taking anything seriously.
