Aside from new textures, which we're going to use to widen the custom-content gap.

That picture was ingame from Halo 2. It would be normal, but evidently my TV app doesn't store composit input screen shots properly. It does serve my point well though. Using the outlines, you can compare the custom geometry picture to that of a first person screen ingame.
I'm not calling you a liar, but that "screen" looks suspicious because of the Fraps counter.
Oh noes, teh -blam!- conspiracies. Why dont you go out and buy an AIW 9800, install the crap catalyst 6.6 driver / 9.14 MMC combo and live in agony as the only thing it then becomes usefull for is watching delayed television since ATI -blam!- up MMC with all this TV On Demand crap. And oh, you call it suspicious because of the fraps counter? I use fraps 2.5 full for all my screen capture purposes.
If you dont believe it, go look at it on your own copy of Halo 2. I guarantee that you'll be able to line up that exact shot. Not only that, but the BR/fp I showed is completely different from the sex that WOL made. That's not even our radar and shield display....
If it's the 60 counter on it, that makes it all the more believable seeing how that NTSC runs at 60 hertz..... Considering how fraps stores screen data, it's amazing at all that it was able to capture a progressive image from an upscaled 480i input that is time delayed
