In Halo 2 dead bodies dissapear after like 10 seconds but in Halo 3 do you think the bodies should stay on the ground for a quarter of a game like in Call of duety 2 where bodies at the end of the game are every where and it gives you a hint of what happend during the battle.

that which is not dead can eternal lie, but with strange aeons even death may die.

Yea, it would make the battles look more "war-torn" to see lots o bodies, but It might cause lag, and crap, or you could just make the bodies "fade" into the ground, like in Age of empires when the bodies would like "slowly" go away, Idk....I like the idea.

Yeah it could effect lag.

To play or not to play....

Unfortunately we need to have the bodies fade away. It would be cool to keep the bodies laying around but it effects performance in a negative manner.

LOL this reminds me one time when I was playing Doom multiplayer when we were all fragging each other like every ten seconds or so someone got fragged. We had heaps of bodies laying around. It sur elooked hilarious, you could hardly see the floor... LOL.

I loved the non fading bodies, gave a sense of real war.

Bodies stay for quite some time, actually.. Of course, having them pile of creates lag issues, processing power, and graphical power. You have to get rid of them or the framerate would suffer occasionally.
