Bungie needs to include more areas in their maps that are hard to get to...

I'm talking about things like being able to jump onto the top of the middle structure in sancurary. And being able to jump up levels by balancing on the edge of dorr ways in Lockout.

They should include sniper perches that require a well timed jump to get to etc.

The problem with that is this:

1) Your a sitting duck if you are trying to get there.
2) Once someone gets there, it is very difficult to achieve the same position, giving them an advantage.
3) Its just not needed.

I like simple levels. If a level gets too complicated, you are no longer playing an Action FPS, but a Tactical FPS. There are plenty of tactics in Halo, but it isnt a tactics based game. Its an action shooter like Unreal Tournament 2004 and Counter Strike, not a game like GRAW or Socom.

I think that it would be good to get a little bit more tactics to Halo and another example would be how you can get on top of the roofs in OutSkirts.

Yes, i did that too, but it didnt mean you had a tactical advantage, it just meant the map was flawed and you were basically cheating. Bungie didnt mean to do all that getting out of the map stuff on purpose, i know this because of the intricate network of invisible walls on all MP and Campaign levels. There goal was to keep you in.

In Halo CE, you could go many more places with the right equipment. If you got a banshee on AOTCR, you could do most of the map with it. BG and Sidewinder both had the ability to exit the map, as well as several others that were out doors. Although, it wasnt as easy as Halo 2.

But, if you want to play a tactical shooter, go buy SC: CT or GRAW. Halo is an Action FPS.

I searched all of outskirts and never found that skull.

There were two: Firstly, the Blind skull, which is the easiest ever to get: from the crashed pelican, jump on the light in front of you in the little passageway, look to your left, jump on that ligt and up to the little ledge, and then wa down the small passage to your left again and there is the Blind skull (it removes your HUD). The second skull is (I beleive) the IWHBYD skull (I may be wrong), and is supposedly the hardest skull to obtain. Of course, with Outskirts, you can get practically everywhere once you're up to the rooftops; and judging by the placement of the skulls, it looks like Bungie knew that people could get out there.
